Ronix Assistant is a private internal integration built for Ronix Renovations LLC. It connects the company's QuickBooks Online account to an AI business assistant to help with bookkeeping, transaction categorization, and tax preparation. It is not offered to the public.
With the company's authorization, the app accesses Ronix Renovations LLC's QuickBooks Online accounting data through Intuit's official API. This may include company information, chart of accounts, transactions, customers, and vendors.
Information is used solely to perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks requested by the business, such as categorizing transactions and preparing tax-season summaries. We do not sell personal or business information. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the integration (such as the AI assistant platform), who are obligated to protect it.
Access to QuickBooks data uses Intuit OAuth 2.0 authorization, and all connections are encrypted in transit.
Accounting data is retained as long as needed for the business's bookkeeping and tax purposes, or as required by law.
