Ronix Assistant is a private internal tool built for Ronix Renovations LLC ("the Company"). By authorizing or using Ronix Assistant, you agree to the following:
The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ronix Assistant solely for the Company's internal business purposes, including bookkeeping and tax preparation using the Company's QuickBooks Online data.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer Ronix Assistant to any third party, nor attempt to reverse-engineer it.
The app accesses the Company's QuickBooks Online accounting data through Intuit's API as authorized by the Company, and uses it only to perform tasks the Company requests. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
The Company may suspend or revoke access to Ronix Assistant at any time.
